Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & AI Credits

All digital sales and credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes digital art downloads, AI generation credits (consumed or unconsumed), and credit bundle purchases. We strongly encourage users to utilize free daily credits to test the platform before purchasing additional credits.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical items are custom-manufactured to order.

No refunds for buyer's remorse — we cannot accept returns on custom-printed items for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
Defective/damaged items — we provide full replacement or refund for verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs.
Lost shipments — if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, we will investigate. Confirmed lost items receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Wrong item received — if you receive a different item from what you ordered, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@tipitylabs.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs (for physical product claims). We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
