We collect information you provide directly: email address, display name, and profile photo (via Google OAuth or email registration). For transactions, we collect shipping addresses (for physical orders) and state information (for tax calculation). We do not collect or store payment card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. We automatically collect: device type, browser type, IP address (for fraud prevention), pages visited, and interaction timestamps. For creators, we collect Stripe Connect account identifiers for payout purposes.
We use collected information to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) process transactions and send order confirmations; (c) calculate and remit applicable taxes; (d) prevent fraud and enforce our Terms; (e) communicate service updates and security alerts; (f) improve Platform functionality and user experience; (g) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share data with trusted service providers solely to operate the Platform:
Account information and transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Upon account deletion request (email support@tipitylabs.com from your registered address), we will permanently remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized transaction records may be retained for compliance purposes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and cart functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising networks.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your data, and data portability. California residents: we do not sell personal information. EU/UK residents (GDPR): our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interest. The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
