Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Tipity Online at any time.

What Data We Hold

Account profile (email address, display name, profile photo)
Order history and shipping addresses
Creator listings, artwork files, and royalty balances
Firebase Authentication record
Usage logs and analytics data

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In-App Deletion
Sign in to Tipity Online → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to support@tipitylabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when complete.

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile and authentication record
Your creator listings and uploaded artwork files
Any pending or available royalty balance (withdrawn before deletion is required)
Saved shipping addresses and preferences

Retained for compliance: Order records and transaction history are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and consumer protection law. These records are anonymized where possible and are never used for marketing.
